The service at this hip new hotel was amazing. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, an iPod dock, a writing table, and an iron. The location was marvellous and lovely, to the upscale taxis which begin at 50 AED and the interior design was nice.

Some people working there were really slow.

Generally, the place was luxurious and had friendly professional and very professional staff with friendly service and enjoyable service from the Club staff. Loved the family room I was given, it had a minibar, free wireless internet, and great WiFi.

It is located close to a mosque and a temple and that's good. It is set close to a subway station.

Spotlessly clean place with stunning view over to downtown. Generous breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes.

The hotel was in the central setting close to Deira Metro station.

They gave us exceptionally clean superior double room with a balcony. Had a writing table, floor to ceiling windows, and an iPod docking station, and several times we got fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. Marvellous and stunning location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

I was there for 13 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with a great choice of drafts and very quick and free internet throughout the hotel. There was good choice of food for breakfast, it was good. The staff were eager to help and provided local information. The venue was in a central location just off airport and other attractions, and the adjacent mall.

We appreciated spotlessly clean rooms and well presented food.

The place was absolutely great, with its truly wonderful staff at reception desk.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall and convenient transportation options. One of the best aspects of my stay was the excellent staff, who provided exceptional service throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options to choose from. I had a very enjoyable experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel.

While the staff and breakfast were great, there were a few negative aspects of my stay. The room service and cleaning could have been improved, as there were times when I had to call multiple times before receiving assistance.

Overall had really great stay of 5 nights in an executive room. Stunning location, the staff were eager to help. Great to be 300 metres away from Glow Ice Creams, enjoyed our meal there.

Compact room, fashionable with a good bed. Perfect breakfast selection, pastries and bread. Unbeatable location near the Deira City Centre metro station, and 15 min walking distance to Adult Beach.

Lots of food at breakfast like pastries and bread. Ideal and stunning location, to the shopping centre. Just next door to the Deira City Center mall which in turn is connected to Dubai Metro and restaurant and the airport.
